Business Development manager (h/f/d)

Based in SOFIA, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

  • Contact merchants willing to improve their online payment setup or/and their anti-fraud strategies
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and clients

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of working experience as a business development manager, sales manager or a relevant role. Any experience in the payment or fraud industry is a big plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. PipeDrive)
  • Proficiency in English, another language is a big plus! (Spanish, German, French for instance)
  • Communication and negotiation skills, we are looking for someone to close deals!
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, sales or relevant field

Partnership manager (h/f/d)

Based in SOFIA, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

  • Promote our Partnership program for B2B targets, be involved in the strategy of our company.
  • Contact and convince B2B partners (Web Agencies, Accountants, SaaS, etc.) willing to help their clients to improve their online payment setup or/and their anti-fraud strategies
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and partner needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective partners
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with our partner network

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of working experience as a business development manager, account / sales manager or a relevant role. Any experience in the payment or fraud industry is a big plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. PipeDrive)
  • Proficiency in English, another language is a big plus! (Spanish, German, French for instance)
