Business Development manager (h/f/d)
Based in SOFIA, Bulgaria.
Responsibilities
- Contact merchants willing to improve their online payment setup or/and their anti-fraud strategies
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and clients
Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experience as a business development manager, sales manager or a relevant role. Any experience in the payment or fraud industry is a big plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. PipeDrive)
- Proficiency in English, another language is a big plus! (Spanish, German, French for instance)
- Communication and negotiation skills, we are looking for someone to close deals!
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, sales or relevant field

Partnership manager (h/f/d)
Based in SOFIA, Bulgaria.
Responsibilities
- Promote our Partnership program for B2B targets, be involved in the strategy of our company.
- Contact and convince B2B partners (Web Agencies, Accountants, SaaS, etc.) willing to help their clients to improve their online payment setup or/and their anti-fraud strategies
- Conduct research to identify new markets and partner needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective partners
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with our partner network
Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experience as a business development manager, account / sales manager or a relevant role. Any experience in the payment or fraud industry is a big plus.
